About KO Creatives
The standard advice — post daily, chase the algorithm, hook in three seconds — was written by creators for creators. It wasn't written for a brand launch in Chicago, a hospitality group opening their fifth location, or a SaaS company closing six-figure deals. When that playbook gets applied to serious businesses, it fails. The advice was wrong. The conclusion that "social doesn't work for us" is wrong too.
KO Creatives was founded by Kathleen O'Connor — a journey that started in freight brokerage, where deals close on trust and nothing moves without a phone call, then evolved into Chicago-based content creation and brand partnership work. That combination is the whole point: experience selling high-stakes B2B and experience building the kind of attention modern brands actually live or die on. Most agencies have done one.
